Refund Policy
By purchasing one or more services from Fluter Host Technologies, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. The latest version of our Refund Policy is always available on the Fluter Host website. It is essential that you review all policy pages before purchasing any service(s) from Fluter Host.
Money-Back Guarantee
- Fluter Host offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time signups only. Subsequent sign-ups, including those who previously had an account and re-register, are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not applicable for domain registration, domain transfers, domain renewals, VPS & Dedicated Servers, CodeGuard, SiteLock, Dedicated IPs, WHMCS License, Blesta License, Weebly Site Builder, or any other add-ons.
- The money-back guarantee is provided exclusively for Shared, Reseller, Master, and Alpha Reseller Hosting plans.
Payment and Suspension Policy
- Invoices for service renewals are generated 7 days before the due date. It is the customer’s responsibility to make timely payments to avoid service suspension or termination.
- Services will be suspended on the 5th day after the due date and terminated on the 8th day if payment is not received. Fluter Host is not responsible for any data loss due to non-payment.
- A late fee of $3 will be added to overdue invoices. The late fee must be paid before service reactivation.
- If paying via credit card, debit card, net banking, or PayPal, accounts are set up immediately after payment confirmation. Payments made via UPI, NEFT, or IMPS require manual confirmation before order activation.
Refund Eligibility & Conditions
- No refunds will be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to violations of Fluter Host’s Terms of Service.
- Refunds do not cover any taxes, setup fees, refund processing fees, postal charges, or payment processing fees.
- If a hosting plan includes a free domain and the hosting service is canceled, the standard domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund. If the refund amount is less than the domain cost, the customer must pay the difference or forfeit the domain.
- Domain transfer fees apply if a free domain is transferred to another provider.
- If a reseller hosting plan is canceled within 7 days, the cost of a WHMCS Starter License ($10) or a Blesta License ($7) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If Fluter Host has performed an account migration, and the service is canceled within 7 days, a $10 migration fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Payments made via UPI, NEFT, or IMPS to our bank are non-refundable and will be added as credit to the hosting account.
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be processed.
Cancellation and Refund Processing
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days after a cancellation request is received.
- Unpaid invoices may lead to account suspension or termination. Suspended accounts will only be restored after clearing outstanding invoices.
- If an account is terminated due to non-payment, the data will not be restored and will be treated as a new account.
- Customers with outstanding balances will not be eligible for new orders or package activations.
Account & Service Termination
Fluter Host may terminate hosting accounts under the following conditions:
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation: If a customer requests immediate cancellation, the hosting account will be suspended and terminated within 24 hours.
- Cancellation Upon Expiration: If a cancellation request is submitted after the subscription expires, the account will be suspended at the end of the term and terminated within 24 hours.
- Non-Renewal: If an account is not renewed, it will be suspended on the 5th day after the due date and terminated on the 8th day.
- Violation of Terms of Service: Any violation of our Terms of Service will result in immediate suspension and termination without prior notice.
- Fraud Prevention: Orders flagged for potential fraud will be manually reviewed. If verification requests are ignored, the account will be suspended and terminated.
- Chargebacks or Disputes: If a chargeback or dispute is filed against Fluter Host, the associated hosting account will be suspended. Customers have 7 days to resolve the dispute before permanent termination.
Data Retention Notice
It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain backups of their hosting account. Once an account is terminated, all data will be permanently deleted, and Fluter Host will not be liable for any data loss.
Fluter Host reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
